What it means is a massive, truly massive amount of humans join together to train AI algorithms.
That’s it. It means practically that every single user can influence the AI in the sense that if they cast their vote for something, that vote is counted and can then influence the AI if they are in the majority of users for that particular issue or topic.

This way we don’t have machines teaching machines, but humans teaching machines over and over and over again. and then sure machines can teach machines, but humans teach those machines, too.
